MotionProtect Plus from AJAX is designed to cover rooms with rapidly changing temperatures such as heat from radiators, fireplaces and sunlight along with rapid air circulation caused by A.C., draughts from open windows, ceiling fans, curtains being drawn etc. for up to 5 years' battery life - as always, users & the system installer are configured by default to be notified of low battery in plenty of time via the app. Specs include

MotionProtect is a wireless motion detector designed for indoor use combining radio freuency scanning along with a thermal sensor for filtering interference from thermal radiation. It can operate for up to 5 years from an in-built battery, and monitors the area within 12-meter radius. MotionProtect ignores animals, while recognizes a human from the first step.
Thermal PIR sensor of MotionProtect detects intrusion into protected room by detecting moving objects whose temperature is close to the temperature of the human body. However, the detector can ignore domestic animals if the suitable sensitivity has been chosen in the settings.
