Are you a go-getter who thrives on building relationships and seizing new opportunities? We're actively seeking an energetic Internal Sales Representative to join our team, taking charge of outbound calls, managing customer accounts, and driving business growth through effective communication.

In this role you will need to achieve and exceed sales targets by creating long-term, trusting relationships with customers with a view to developing new business from existing and lapsed clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Internal Sales Representative Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities from existing customers & closing sales.


You will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including our in-house technical support department, internal & external sales, warehouse, marketing & accounts) to improve the entire customer experience.

  • Outbound Calls and Relationship Building: Fearlessly make outbound calls to potential clients, gathering information that paves the way for lasting partnerships and new business relationships.
  • Account Management: Take ownership of existing customer accounts, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of orders, quotes, and new product information, maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Customer Relationship Development: Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, securing repeat business through personalised attention and understanding their evolving needs.
  • Professional Sales Process: Execute a seamless and professional sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the interaction.
  • Sales Maximisation: Seize every sales opportunity by employing both direct sales strategies and effective upselling techniques.
  • Continuous Learning: Attend sales and product meetings/training sessions to stay abreast of industry trends, maximize earning potential, and enhance product knowledge.
  • Utilize Internet and Social Media: Harness the power of the internet and social media to generate potential sales opportunities and expand our market reach.
  • CRM System Management: Keep our CRM system up to date with accurate and relevant customer information, contributing to effective sales tracking and management.



  • Proven experience in outbound sales and account management.
