Pre-Configs

As a committed value-added distributor, one of the ways we make our customers' lives easier is through our various pre-configuration services. Mast was one of the earliest adopters of HDD pre-configurations back as early as 2015 which has since become somewhat of an industry standard. However, as our company has grown, we've reinvested heavily into our technical department to be able to offer our customers even more configuration services all with the same benefit since day one, to save our customers' time on site by getting the equipment we supply as close to plug & play as possible.

Hard Disk Drive Installations -

Free of charge with all XVR / NVR purchases.

If ordered before 4PM, our warehouse operators will install & initialise any HDDs purchased with recorders, as well as apply the latest firmware to the recorder. All configurations also include our exclusive End User Guides which are designed to be left on site to answer any of your customers' FAQs (Learn more).

Intercom Pre-Configs -

Small config charge applies per station & screen. Request Here.

Input all of your site's equipment & network requirements into our form and allow our technical team up to 48-hours to boot, configure & label all parts ready to pass onto you to install. Any available firmware updates will be applied as part of the service too.

Network Pre-Configs -

Small config charge applies per PTP and/or AP required. Request Here.

No matter what brand of network equipment you're looking to purchase from ourselves, use this form to complete the room names, desired passwords, alongside the site's ISP & router details and our technical team will pre-configure your networking equipment and apply any available firmwares all as part of the service.
