About This Role
In this role you will need to work as a team to help fulfill all orders accurately & efficiently. Most orders will be for delivery that must be picked, prepared & packaged ready for collection by our couriers at the end of the day. However, you may also need to complete in-person collections, checking the customers' order before handing over to them & helping load their vans.
Under direction from our Warehouse Manager, our Warehouse Operatives will typically use the mornings to 'get ahead of the game', such as pre-configuring recorders that we expect to sell on the day, receiving deliveries & storing them in their correct locations as well as general tidying & maintanence of the warehouse so it's safe & efficient for the busier periods. In the afternoons closer to cut-off (4PM), is when most orders will be sent through to the warehouse which must be complete on time and may require extra prioritisation and focus to ensure no mistakes are made and all our customers receive their deliveries the next day.

Skills & Experience Required
No specific skills or qualifications are required as training can be provided on the job but relevant experience is always a gauranteed positive. Most importantly, we are looking for somebody who can fit into our team, enjoys the atmosphere and are able to serve with a smile to our local customers who collect in person. Key points we're looking for include:
- PC literate (preferred but not essential)
- Forklift license (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-Organised
- Self-Motivated with a drive to progress
- Great attention to detail
- Positive and solution driven attitude - Take responsibility for own actions
- Excellent time keeping and reliable attendance
- Ability to adapt
- Good customer interaction skills
