As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled senior sales team leader to join our team to lead and motivate the internal sales team and contribute to the company's overall sales objectives.

Senior Sales Team Leader Key Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging teamwork and mutual

  • support among team members.

  • A collaborative and adaptable team player who can work effectively with diverse

  • personalities and contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.

  • Handle daily queries and challenges faced by the internal sales team, offering timely solutions and support.

  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales operation.

  • Carry a personal sales target while balancing the responsibilities of a team leader, setting an example for the team through personal sales achievements.

  • Work closely with the sales manager to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.

  • Act as a liaison between the internal sales team and management, communicating team progress, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, both individually and as a team.

  • Work closely with the sales manager to analyse sales data and trends to drive informed decision-making.

  • Generating quotes and processing orders.  

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships that lead to incremental sales and maximise customer retention.

  • Conducting fact find calls.

  • Follow-up activities to support and close sales.

  • Maintaining MAST’s CRM system to track activity.  
  • Attend regular manufacturer training to extend your product knowledge. 
  • Support the recruitment and training of new starters.
  • Ensure an understanding of KPIs to achieve set targets.


  • B2B Sales Experience.
  • Strong communication and excellent telephone manner.
  • Track record hitting sales targets.
  • Strong Influence and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Strong organisational skills.
