Credit Terms

As a limited company, we are able to offer 30-day end of month credit facilities to most companies through the use of third party insurers. Credit limits are desired by many customers as it allows them to pay for products at least 1 month after receiving the goods providing time for them to install the equipment and receive payment from their customers after the work is completed. This helps installers to keep their upfront costs & deposits low to make their quotations more attractive to end users. 

Another advantage to opening a credit account, even if you continue to pay upfront for each order, is that in the unfortunate case of a faulty product that falls under our 30-Day No Quibble Guarantee or the Dahua Advanced Replacement Warranty (DARW) , you are able to receive an Advanced Replacement. Advanced Replacements allow us to send you a brand new replacement before we have received the faulty product. The value of the new product is sent next-day using your credit account which is then credited back once our Technical team confirms the fault of the old unit bypassing the need for any temporary payment.

The total amount of money you can borrow (your company's credit limit) depends on factors such as your company's size, credit score, history & references. Please notify our accounts team of any payment issues or invoice & statement disputes.

REQUESTING CREDIT

Whether you are an existing customer or not, you are able to request a credit account at any time using our Credit Account Request Form. Alternatively, you can also formally request a credit increase by sending an email to our accounts team.

PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST

Allow up to 2-3 Working Days 

Once your request has been received, our accounts team will begin running insurance checks & contacting your references. Please allow up to 3 days for this process as we may be waiting for responses from your references especially if previous trading history is limited.

OUTCOME

30-Days After End of Month

We are able to facilitate the vast majority of credit account requests and our accounts team will be in touc to confirm your full credit terms & value available. From this point onwards, you can begin putting your credit limit towards orders & training deposits.
