UK Shipping only

Some SPECIAL ORDER items may be exempt (learn more about special order items here). All IN STOCK products purchased are eligible for all of the terms outlined on this page, including:

Free standard delivery for all orders over £150 ex. VAT within our courier areas
All orders aim to be dispatched on the same day when ordered before 4PM for delivery next-day
- We ask you to allow up to 48 hours for your delivery in case of any delays
1 hour delivery slots updated via email / text message on the day
Surcharge of £15 for any orders with masting over 3 feet in length

Special Orders & Pallets

Items too big to be shipped in cardboard boxes must be sent on pallets which may incur additional charges, these costs are determined at the point of sale. In addition to this, orders with masting over 3 foot incur a £15 surcharge from our couriers.

Collecting from our Trade Counter

Local to us? Feel free to collect any of your orders directly from ourselves and avoid carriage charges all together. Simply let us know at the point of sale and we can have most orders ready to collect within 30 minutes.
